       One of the first major game companies in China to establish and invest in the protection of minors when it comes to games, NetEase Games has invested on average more than 100 million yuan each year toward the protection of minors, implementing multiple measures to construct systems to prevent addiction.

       Strictly managing minors' gaming behavior. In line with national requirements, NetEase Games has implemented an anti-addiction system for online games. Users who have not completed real-name authentication cannot log in to the game. Likewise, users identified as minors are subject to restrictions on gaming time, login periods, and top-up amounts.

      Further improvement on refunds for unusual spending by minors. NetEase Games has utilized the NetEase Parental Care Platform to provide an exclusive green channel for issues such as game top-up refunds for minors, actively promoting more efficient refunds through game operation channels. Games such as Eggy Party, Identity V, Sky: Children of the Light, and Minecraft have actively established efficient customer service channels that respond to all requests, and have formed special service teams to communicate with various channels, ensuring timely feedback for every parent applying for a refund and more proactively facilitating the entire refund process.
